Broken Hallelujah

I heard this commotion and when I looked out, the horses were excited and going crazy, chasing each other. By the time I got outside with my camera, they were resting. :)

The title came about because of the song that was playing while I uploaded the shot: "Hallelujah" by Jeff Buckley...

Hi everyone - just wanted to (FINALLY) update you and let you know that Jesse is here! He was born on October 29th at 3:37PM. He weighed 6lbs 5oz and was 19.5 inches long. His little head was 12 1/4 inches, but it didn't FEEL so little! :lmao: Nonetheless, those are the details about him. Everything went OK until just after he was born and apparently, at that point, something happened with me and my bp dropped really low and I ended up having to get a blood transfusion! But, I'm better now, and we got to come home this past Sunday.

I can't believe that he is a week old today! I guess it seems so soon because we spent most of the first week in the hospital. LOL Thanks to everyone for your wishes, prayers, and gifts! :heart:
